Jeff is neurotic. He's nice but insane. He's not understanding about absences or legitimate excuses, and thinks music should be the entirety of one's life (as if we all don't have other things to do). That said, he's a good conductor. I loved the music we made, but he's too much. He's what they would call a "choir nazi."
