Although the lectures were sometimes boring, Professor Chapman was knowledgable and informative. He made himself available outside of class, was open to questions, and clearly outlines his expectations. He is easy to approach, and picked interesting and relevant readings. I would definately recommend taking Evolutionary Psychology from Professor Chapman for the major requirement.

Great teacher. Knows his stuff, likes his stuff. Very helpful outside of class. NO FINAL! Just 3-page papers. You have to keep up, he gives quizzes to make sure you are doing the reading. Took the class as a major requirement and learned a lot, plus it didn't kick my butt! He's a great guy with a good sense of humour. Best for motivated students; if you are looking to be babysat, forget it. He expects maturity and self-motivation.

Boring class, prof seems to know his stuff but class is a powerpoint of the diagrams in the book and you have to show up because he gives random quizes. Can's say I really learned anything, he was better in Lab than class but still not great. Finally, the test were largely on information he never went over. Try and avoid this prof.

Sooooooooo boring. He has a monotone voice and all he does is lecture. Made me wanna gouge my eyes out. I've heard many similar complaints.
