Comments:
Although Chan is very disorganized he is a HILARIOUS prsfessor that is very passionate about what he teaches. His grading is not hard and if you do the reading and somewhat understand it you will do well on his tests.

Comments:
Do not take his classes. He is incredibly dull, rambles a lot, and does not seem to be very intelligent. We have some good discussions, but when Chan lectures it is painful.

Comments:
Chan is a sweetie and a great scholar but hes an absoluteley terrible professor. He's disorganised, discombobulated and generally disfunctional. If you're thinking of working with him I'd suggest an indipendant study, he knows a lot but you won't get it out of him in a classroom.

Comments:
Chan is terrible, the most disorganized, unclear, discombobulated and borderline senile professor and person I have ever experienced. Stay away!
