Comments:
She is a very good motivator since her critique of art includes praise commentary as well as helpful ideas. She always seems readily available when help is needed. She understands a student's needs for independence, especially for art majors. The work load is not much but it is easily enough to increase talent.

Comments:
Everyone has to take an art course if not already taken elsewhere, i chose printmaking. It was lots of fun but also lots of hard work and many hours spent in the studio to get projects done. I am not artistic at all but i managed to do well, so with that said this is definitely a course that can be taken by those who are seeking to fulfill their art requirement...noting that there are lots of hours involved. But it really is doable and you learn so much in the process. She is also a very good instructor, you will never be lost as to what to do...and if you are she is ready to answer your questions.
The only downfall i see with this course (from personal experience) is that your grade is really based on her judgement of your art so if she thinks it is worth a B or less (regardless of all the hours of work you put into it) thats what your grade will be. So keep this in mind when singing up! But i think (from what other friends tell me) this goes for all other Art studio courses.
