Comments:
Very knowledgable about the subject, but not the best at explaining concepts to students. If possible, avoid his classes. But, his grading system is mostly based on previous years' performance. So it's really not too bad.

Comments:
Professor Moore is a good teacher, but teaches at an increadably fast pace. If you are a "math person", he would be a good teacher for you. If you are not a "math person", which I am not, I don't recommend taking economics. If your major requires it, switch majors!.... or maybe take econ with Prof. Whitney. I hear his classes are better paced for people who don't naturally get economics.
